I am a first time customer and it was very easy to order. The price was very competitive. I called customer service to make sure the item was in stock and got through to talk to a very nice person right away. The only downside is that the website said the amount that I was ordering wasn't available, when I called they did have it in stock in the quantity that I needed. Glad I called.

AFTER we accepted the quote. AFTER we paid in full to receive the product from the Houston warehouse. Then we get a call a few days later that the product we bought was not available in the Houston warehouse anymore but we can pay more for them to ship it to Houston. Complete crap that the agreement was not honored. We were given the choice of pay $500 for the additional shipping or a full refund. The expectation for the customer to eat your lack of thoroughness is absurd. If only you were as eager to right your wrong as you were to make the sell.....

I'm glad we came to a resolution on this item that pleased you. Unfortunately, inventory is is very volatile and when customer take a few days to make a decision we might run out of stock. We are doing the best we can with the current challenges in the supply chain.
