I was given an appointment by Rusty between 12-2pm to repair a leaky shower faucet. On that day no one showed up or called me.At 2:10 pm I called to see what happened.I was told that it was still 2 anyway and I was being "neat picky".My time is as just as important as theirs.If you don't have any integrity on what you said,how can I trust you that you are going to do a good job on what you are supposed to do? You did me a favor by not spending my money on your company.Consumers beware!!
