Awesome staff and doctors. I've been coming for years and this office always does amazing work.

Ordered a new pair of eyeglasses. I followed up two weeks after placing the order, and I was told to continue waiting. I was told that the frames and lenses were ordered, and they were just waiting to receive them. One month later, they call me to say that the frames are on backorder and will not be available until the end of 2021 (5 more months / 6 months considering they took a whole month to tell me the frames they sold me are not available). They are only giving me the option of picking out another frame or waiting until the end of the year. Alternatively, they are reaching out to one of their sales reps to see if they can find the frames at a different retailer. I went to St Lucy’s because my insurance was expiring. The insurance that I used is not longer active, and I would lose the benefits of what the insurance covered if I cancel the order. This is unacceptable at all levels. This is equivalent of buying something (car/house) and when you try to get it, you’re told that you need to pick another model because they don’t have the one they sold you. If they did not have the frames they sold to me, they shouldn’t have sold it. I would have taken my money and used my insurance benefits elsewhere. This company has proven to only show interest in generating revenue as opposed to caring for their customers. There’s a fine line that they need to walk to ensure they keep their customer’s interest first and their desperation to generate revenue as a secondary/tertiary level of importance. ZERO GOODWILL for this company. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE FAIL! Very UNhappy customer!
