Paid for product never received 2 months later still no replacement or even resolution also tried to get my banking information for personal use I'm pretty sure. I told employe that I had a new debit card and he was consistently try to get my information say he could offer a new debit card that was not used to purchase a product a refund never heard of that but what an awful experience and still have not received what I've ordered to date

Highway robbery. The lifeline plan only comes with 10 high speed gigs. I ended up paying over $80 this month for 14 lousy gigs. USE ***ANY*** OTHER LIFELINE COMPANY

This company is running some kind of scam. I applied for service that I am absolutely entitled to in late September at one of their pop up sites after waiting an hour, she’s got the device out setting it up then says “oh sorry you don’t qualify” and put it back in the box. When I spoke to customer service the next day and was told to go back and tell them that I was qualified and they could call customer service if they had an issue, which they did call were told to give it to me, but she claimed she didn’t know where the tablet was and couldn’t give me a different one. Another call to customer service and I was told they would send me one, which never happened! Now over a month later and severs more calls they still have me wrapped up with an account and I can’t get one anywhere else!! Apparently they activate it in your name, then tell you that you didn’t qualify so they have an active tablet that they can sell elsewhere.

Horrible service calls constantly dropped, haven't been able to make any calls all day , not even to 611. Have rebooted, taken battery out, reset to factory settings and still can't make calls. Happens all to frequently with no explanation. Never had problems when they were cintex. Was expecting important call today, unable to even call into voice mail

Apps named, "Sent" and "SmartUS" are constantly installing themselves on my phone without my permission. (I actually Gooogle searched these apps and I wasn't able to find any information on them and maybe that's why). I've been a StandUp Wireless customer for some years now. I've submitted a complaint in the past about my phone and number problem, which was solved. Although I still experience spam calls/spam text messages regardless of whether my number is on the "Do Not Call" registry list. Can't tell you how fun it is getting 3-4 calls a day about car insurance, credit cards or how I won a getaway because I stayed at a Marriott Hotel (which I would never). Now there's a whole different problem. Changing phone settings so nothing could install didn't work. Changing permissions for apps didn't work and don't even think about trying to uninstall the StandUp app because that's not going to happen. Malware Bytes and Kaspersky weren't able to do anything about the apps so I decided to do a complete factory reset on my phone thinking it would solve the problem of the above apps mentioned installing. I took a look at my phone this morning after receiving a text message only to be blocked from immediately going to my messages by a AD pop up. Went into my settings, saw I had 31 apps (yesterday there was only 29), scroll down my apps and what do I see? "Sent" and "SmartUs". If I wanted these apps on my phone, I would download them myself. It's in no way shape or form okay for apps, especially unknown apps, to be able to install themselves on people's phones. Especially when other customers of StandUp are dealing with the same issue and finding out their trojan malware.

Could definitely use more minutes! Especially for long time customers like myself.

The products and service are terrific. The reps with whom I have spoken are good communicators and very helpful. I have used plenty of companies for these types of services, and Standip stands out as the most satisfying. The best. Phone and Internet are not luxuries,frills.They are something you can't get wrong They matter. So, I will be sticking with Standup for the foreseeable future. If it works, don't fix it.
