I live out of town so I haven’t had the best experience with local contractors. Steam Master’s contacted me promptly, within a few hours of my inquiry online. Luis (the technician) came out, gave me a fair estimate and offered recommendations. During the entire process Luis showed professionalism and was very knowledgeable about their services. Once he completed the job, he sent me pictures and explained his work. I am highly satisfied and would recommend this family owned business. I will definitely use this service in the future. Also, the representative that contacted me was very polite and helpful.

I called this morning at 7:30am and 30 mins later Marcus Jimenez and another technician came to take care of all my dirty area rugs. They even suggested cleaning my cement floors which I was so thankful because I didn't know that was an option. Both were fast, amazing and trustworthy. so grateful for them both. Will only work with them again.

The Great Blueberry Protein Shake Disaster of 2022 had a happy ending thanks to SteamMaster Cleaning. I called at 8 AM on Saturday of the July 4th weekend, desperate for help removing 10 oz of protein shake after my husband accidentally dropped it. With every passing minute, the stains were setting, becoming harder to remove. No one else could come ‘till Tuesday EXCEPT SteamMaster, who could send two expert techs at 10 AM. Scott and Rudy analyzed the protein shake’s ingredients and decided which cleaning solutions & methods to use. (Thankfully, I didn’t try to tackle the job myself, based on internet intel. I could have ruined my beautiful rug, chair, and bench.) They worked quickly and efficiently. The results were stunning. I was extremely skeptical that the violet stains could ever come out of my oriental will rug, damask chair, and white linen bench. But they did. All of them. I would never dream of using another carpet or upholstery cleaner and just had to tell you about how wonderful they are!

John came over today to clean the upholstery on my white sofa and love seat. They had been made dull and dingy due to my golden retriever puppy, who gets filthy playing in the dog park. He did a great job, the furniture looks great, and to make it even better, my dog loved him! I will be contacting John soon to take care of cleaning my carpets too.
