We are return customers due to the outstanding service we have received from this company! Highly recommend them for anyone. Josiah Morales was our tech today and provided outstanding service. He was timely, professional and very informative. He identified some pet stains in my office and guest room and explained the steps of how he would be able to maximize his cleaning efficiency by utilizing their specialized level 1 urine treatments. Our rooms came out clean, refreshed and looking brand new! Thank you for the great service!

I had 939 sf of tile Turbo Power scrubbed and the grout sealed after kids moved out. My tech Devin Murphy was a pro who explained everything, did not try to sell additional products or services and worked steadily until the job was done. High traffic areas are back to normal and it looks great. Will use them again next year! Highly recommend.

We found Steam Master via a Google search. We checked with a couple of other companies and, due to their good ratings and reviews, along with the timely appointment, we chose Steam Master. Devin M. was the Tech that cleaned some ceramic floor tile in a guest bedroom and carpet in 2 other bedrooms. The carpet looks refreshed and the floor tile hasn't looked this good in years. I rated 4 stars on value because I think that the process is overpriced. But that thought is with all of the companies we contacted. They do offer a 5% off Military Discount so that saved nearly $20. It doesn't sound like much but if you have a lot of the "recommended" work done, things add-up quickly. We found Devin to be highly professional and very personable. We won't hesitate to call them again (or recommend them to others) when the time comes for us to have the carpeting and/or other flooring cleaned.

I hired Steam Master Cleaning to shampoo the carpet in my classroom before school starts up. Scott Salas came and was very professional and courteous. He did such a great job that I contacted the company and hired them to come and clean the carpet at my home a week later. Scott is a wonderful representative for Steam Master Cleaning. He is very professional and a hard worker. Carpets look terrific!
