Stoneybrook built my home and failed to compact the dirt properly, the result has been my home sinking 6 inches so far. The warranty claim I filed with their insurance (Builders Insurance Group) a year ago has not fixed anything at all. Failed structural beams risking roof collapse, large cracks in every wall and ceiling in the house, sinking concrete resulting in an imminent flood risk to the home and a whole yard with washouts all in it due to the poorly compacted dirt. To add insult to injury, they are now making excuses and calling me impatient. The builder and insurance were notified of issues that would compound along the way. They failed to address any of those issues, leading to my current situation. The house will likely flood with the next big storm. Excluding one home already bought back by their insurance company due to foundation problems, I am not the only person that has been waiting over a year to have foundation problems resolved.
