I had a great session with Bruce, he went at a good pace for my first assessment. He was very easy to talk to and he explained/showed things in a clear, easy to understand way. I also met Vanessa who was very friendly, encouraging, and motivating with her vast experience and education in health and fitness. Great location with lots of equipment to work with in the gym. I highly recommend Studio Fit'Nez for your next personal trainer!
