Worst, terrible, do not do it. They do not care about people, only the money they get. When I signed up I was specific to state that I needed Monday Morning at 5 am and that I have specific needs pertaining to my health conditions, Lupus and Psoriatic Arthritis. I was specific to also state I needed someone who has experience with modifications. I then spoke with you and also expressed this schedule and concern.
In the span of 5 days, I was sent to two people, the first could not accommodate my schedule, and the second could not accommodate my schedule and has no documented experience with modification, per thier website. I had to find this out for myself, don't you think those questions should have been asked by your organization prior to being sent to me? The fact I was sent these two people was also an utter disregard for my time. When I spoke with the account manager and told him I wanted to just get out of the contract and go with the brick-and-mortar gym that I would be assured to have a qualified trainer that could accommodate my schedule. He said, he was sorry to see me go and he was sending my stuff to billing. He did not say, let me see if I can get you a refund, he did not say let me see if I can get you out of this, he said, "I am sorry to see you go, I will get this to billing".
Later in the day, I signed a contract with the gym as I told them I was going to do that morning. Later in the day AFTER I signed with the other company they sent me a text stating they found someone who could accommodate my schedule. I do not know if we would have been a good fit, or if they are experienced with my specific illness. I have no faith in this service due to being sent two people who could not help me prior to finding someone who could. If that person were to quit, get injured, or win the lottery and leave, I would be back in the same spot I was before, with no trainer.
I explained in embarrassing detail, My husband just died, I had been taking care of him for the past three years, and my health is at an all-time decline including Major Depressive Disorder. I recently tried to take my own life. Exercise is the only thing that can help with my limited mobility and my depression.
They are refusing to let me cancel even though I have not used the service. Do Not do it!!! They do not care about people, only your money!
