Be careful with them, read all the fine print, and ask for more information. They will trap you with that contract.
Reading good reviews about TeslaWatt, I invested my retirement money last year and was excited to work with the team initially. S19j-104t x 12.
However, soon it turned into a nightmare. First we started out POs without power space in Nevada. The first shipment sat at a warehouse few weeks before being migrated to Nebraska. The second shipment sat at a warehouse and was to follow the first shipment migration to NE. But for some reasons, TeslaWatt found power space at NV. Unfortunately, this peace did not last. The second shipment was subjected to another migration due to the TeslaWatt power expansion plan and they needed to clear out some portion of the NV facility for the Fire Dept inspection.
TeslaWatt has a habit of withholding material facts without proper disclosure and notice. Had I known that my machines would be subjected to multiple migrations, prolonged downtime due to not having the power space, and you will be solely responsible for the loss of income and risk caused by the migrations and disconnections, I would not have signed up with them.
2 out of 7 months, my machines were offline. With the wrong start and continued mishap, finally they agreed to a termination settlement with credits for all the downtime. However, now, they are back tracking, saying no loss of income in any circumstance will be approved.
On the performance side, overheating during hot summer is common and often. They claim "state-of-the-art" cooling systems but what they have is passive ventilation. Also it's misleading that they claim 7x24 support, it is offsite/overseas not onsite. So if you need an onsite support/reboot after 6pm Fri, good luck until Mon morning. From my experience, expect 15-20% hit on your uptime.
TeslaWatt inflates the wattage of the miner, claiming it draws about 15% more than the spec. Add that to one of the highest power rates, you would be looking at 30-40% more than other guys. You pay high, earn less and get bad service.
It has been a nightmare to deal with TelsaWatt. It's torture to constantly asking them for an update and just getting a generic response "we're busy but trying our best, as soon as possible, bla bla bla." Unfortunately, it is still continuing as of this writing.
I definitely would not recommend TeslaWatt to anyone as they don't disclose material facts that impact your revenue and take risks with your machines without giving you a proper notice. This company cannot be trusted and not partner-worthy!
