The tamales I ordered were a Christmas gift for my daughter. She was thrilled to receive them and her comments were as follows: The beef tamales had too much gristle but were very tasty otherwise. The chicken tamales were perfect and would like to have had more of them. She is trying the pumpkin tamales today. I guess that means I gave her a unique gift and will have to order her more.
