The meat is probably better then store bought but has a taste sometimes like oatmeal. I found that with a Red Angus meat in my area as well. I also found that with short horn white beef from a 403K farm here in Michigan as well. What is the oatmeal taste in the beef???? The meat is not as good as the old days with 100percent grass fed beef. To raise cows on corn then change to grass for the 30 to 90 days does not create good qualily beef. Beef needs to be 100 percent grass fed which is almost impossible to find in America anymore. Texas Steakhouse is not a CAFO, from my understanding and review. CAFO's are terrible in all grocery stores since the meat is grain feed with hormones. Texas steakhouse I believe is grain and grass they told me. Look for local grass fed from your area if you can find it. Texas Steakhouse could up grade better. Good luck to them.

Our son has been winning with the ribs I have order at BQ competitions and he just won best sauce on the planet..Kansas City royal . Robs frog sauce first his chipotle frog sauce was third place and sweet and tangy ninth 606 interys from 13 country's and the USA he loves your ribs and brisket.,

Ive purchased quality steaks and beef via internet or mail order often. The quality of your steaks were fair for the price. I look for taste as well as texture (tender). For what I paid with you, I was satisfied. The time it took you to mail out was excellent and the packaging was also very professional. If you guys would offer me some really good quality steaks? Preferably Strip or Rib eyes, I would surely purchase. When I say I am a steak lover, that would be an under statement. I absolutely crave a good tasting steak. Often! I'll make a deal with ya? You email me an offer on some really good quality steaks. And I'm not talking about your average mail out steaks. I'm talking one of your over blown angus heifers, that's been feeding on some really good quality grass in the fields and fattened up. Then not only will I place the order but I will guarantee you at least 3 new customers and purchases for the month of September. Let me hear from you.
