They held our family under contract while my father was battling chemo. They also wouldn't let us sell our house. They came on in and tried to take advantage of us. I would strongly think again about choosing the blake team to sell your place. We ended up getting a better offer elsewher without the in home walkthroughs that strongly incovienced my father but were encouraged by this team disgraceful and really waisted some good time with my family! Find a more knowledgeable team than the Blake team if you really want to move out of your place!
