I have called many time for advice. I have asked your attorney or paralegal to send me an invoice. I was told they woul not bill me. When it was time to hire a law firm there was no other Firm I would use because of all their previous help.

Have been working with The Duringer Law Group since Steve Duringer co-hosted landlord/tenant property management training back in 2002 or so. Many, many cases for my property management clients later and they've never lost a case for us. Many settlements worked out between tenants & landlords that were likely better than the judge would've given and which saved us having to sit through trial. Not the cheapest however you get what you pay for and the cheaper services are usually eviction mills that have multiple paralegals working under one attorney! No one wants the cheapest when getting possession of your property back is costing you hundreds on a daily basis. Strongly recommend!!!

I have been doing business with the Duringer Law Group for 30 years. They handle all of our evictions, numerous business transactions, real estate sales, etc.. I am extremely comfortable walking into court with the attorneys. They are knowledgeable, professional, and comfortable during trials. The staff is professional and takes the time to answer all questions. I highly recommend this law firm.

They handle all our tenant eviction cases. Sometimes an owner forces us to use a law firm that they want, and invariably it doesn't go well.
