All the instructors have been great. Very knowledgeable and kind. The workouts are of all ranges and they do a great job. Some are very intense and I really enjoy those.

The Hot Yoga Spot has quickly become my favorite place to be. They offer so many class options, so you can easily craft your workout plan. The teachers are educated and fun. The workouts have changed my body but also my emotional well-being, especially in the midst of the pandemic. Thank you.

I appreciated my unlimited classes as a new student. Because of the increase in Covid cases in the area, I do not feel comfortable visiting the studio at this time. I am very much looking forward to coming back once it is safer.
