I’ve only been to a few classes, but have had a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and I like the variety of classes offered at all different times. Look forward to more classes in the future!

I think teachers get enough discounts, how about giving nurses a discount? I used to go all the time when I had a student discount but now that im no longer in school, I cant afford to go anymore. I loved hot yoga however and I had truly great instructors, i would highly recommend the hot yoga spot and I would love to get back into it

This was only my second yoga class ever, so I have nothing to compare this with. I did find the class enjoyable and like that the instructor said what some of the stretches (positions?) were targeting. I don’t know the names of the positions , but assume that will either come with time, or with some internet searches

I have been going to The Hot Yoga Spot for years. I moved to Boston 2 yrs ago but every time I come back to Albany I go to classes there every day that I am in town. I love the instructors and the studios.
