I haven’t been in a while, and right when I was able to get back COVID-19 hit. I have bursitis, and this is the only thing that helped it.

The quality, technique, professionalism, knowledge, adaptive skill level combined with the trainer's ability to connect on an individual basis providing ques and modifications is by far the best I've experienced from any other studio. This combination of these qualities is what makes The Hot Yoga Spot unique. I thank you for your online classes during the pandemic, this really is a testament to the heart of this organization.
