Yes!! My cichlids arrived today. The colors are beautiful, i can't believe it. The fish was all individually packed with a heating pad inside the box. They also sent instructions to show you how to acclimate the fish. I will be ordering again. I want to see how these guys hold up.

I got my 5 African cichlids yesterday morning they all showed up alive and well and are doing great! They are lively, bright and Beautiful!! So glad I found this place! What really made me try THE IFISH STORE is the fact that they quarantine them before delivering and do not ship them all in the same bag! Great prices as well. I will 100% being buying more very soon!!!

Ordered 5 small Discus, got 6th one free and received them today. All in good condition. This is my second order for Discus fish from them. Very satisfied with prompt response and updates on order. After sales was also good.

The shipping was about a week after ordering. This was perfect because they checked in with me and made sure my order was what I wanted. I spoke with Ms. Valerie who was extremely sweet and helpful. All fish arrived healthy and were exactly what I ordered.

Valerie was very helpful from setting up my tank, all the way until the fish were happy swimming in it. I received 12 discus. One did not survive the trip and 2 more died shortly after, but Valerie was more than happy to not only offer a refund, but also help diagnose what the problem could have been (possibly cold trip, I live in Colorado). All the remaining fish are happy and have bright colors. No ugly fish here! Thank you Valerie, I will be buying more discus soon!
