If you’ve ever heard Bob Seger’s song, Feel Like a Number, you won’t feel like that renting from Medcom Group. David was wonderful in many ways: prompt at returning calls; sent me a follow-up text the day after speaking with him as I was having issues getting a script needed to rent the CPM machine; was patient in walking me through the rental process/shipping/return; and all-around kind. Amanda was also wonderful to work with as well. Prior to the arrival of the CPM machine, I received a thorough email from her that covered any questions I could possibly have had. Once delivered, I found a kind email from Amanda informing me that if I had any questions at all after opening the box, I could contact them. And then a sweet response email after I had replied that the instructions that came with it were straightforward enough that I didn’t even need to view the video. While companies, stores, vendors, etc. need customers in order to meet their financial obligations, not all parties make you feel important and have a genuine concern for you. This was not the case with my rental experience; Medcom Group is a fantastic, all the way around, company! I love the follow-up to see if I would like to extend my rental or whether I’m ready to have it shipped back. I extended mine for 2 additional weeks, 5 weeks in total. Last but not least, I had a TKA (as well as a realignment of my knee) and the CPM machine really reduces swelling, stiffness, and pain level. At the hospital, it was mandatory (so to speak) to be used for at least 15 minutes but I used it the whole time in which I wasn’t walking or doing PT. I was shocked at the immediate improvement—swelling, pain reduction, & stiffness, all of which had increased after discharge; I just ‘had’ to rent on.

I wanted to Thank Jason Wertz for the excellent service he gave me and my niece. My niece has Cerebral Palsy and has lived in. Nursing Home for 14 years. When hospitalized for medical reasons she was able to use SCD devices and felt it was the only thing that relieved her leg pain. I decided to investigate whether I could find a professional grade pair . After several attempts someone finally recommended I call the Medcom Group and I was very fortunate to get Jason Wertz to help us. I am an RN , live in a different state than my niece. Jason helped with every detail From ordering. To communicating with the nursing home staff, to mailing them to the correct place( various requirements ) Without his help I could have never accomplished this. My niece is so very happy with the device and I hope you realize what a terrific employee you have in Jason.

Perfect. Sales, shipping, customer support, and returns. Extremely economical compared to the service provided by my "medical group". I couldn't be happier. Well maybe minus these holes made to reattach my rotator cuff and bicep. Thank you Jason, John, and Amanda!

David was extremely helpful and when the first device arrived with potential damage from its fedex shipping went out of his way to make sure the replacement arrived in time for my surgery. They've been beyond helpful and in contact as they promised.

Ben was knowledgeable, helpful and considerate in helping to educate us in the use of the CPM chair and Polar care for use during Rick's recovery. He is very personable which is important for the relationship also.

Medcom was really easy to work with. Shipment of the NICE machine was very fast. The NICE machine was wonderful to use and I would recommend it to anyone needing an ice/compression machine.

My arramgements with Jason were outstaning. He let me know about each option as I tried to receive a CMP for rehab at home as my state does not allow rentals of CMP. The options regarding rental were clear.

I have had 2 successful knee replacements and after each replacement I used a CPM machine to aid in my recovery. It was an absolute godsend for after doing my physical therapy or just being up and moving around. I knew I could get back into bed and get back into the CPM with an ice pack and it would take the swelling down and feel so much better just from the slight motion. I am now going for a knee revision and I will have a CPM machine waiting for me when I get home from the hospital. I highly recommend getting using one of these machines to aid in your recovery.

I used their leg compression machine after a recent knee surgery. The staff is extremely helpful. They actually delivered the machine at my surgery location and picked it up there when I was finished using it. Super folks!
