I received several services from Bridget Hahn of the Natural Face Place, Broomfield over a 6 month period in 2016. After my final service of her administering fillers and xeomin, I noticed that both products had been placed improperly and in uneven amounts resulting in an obvious distortion to my face. I addressed this problem cordially with Ms. Hahn who after attempting to sell me $$$ on the need to buy more products to fix and even out my face, she aggresively and in a hostile manor, verbally and emotionally abused me by threatening to sue me, to call her "legal department" on me and refused to give me a copy of my records. I had to go to a Plastic Surgeon, who concurred my face needed fixing, and I had to pay over $2,300 for post-correction. Due to the abusive nature of Ms. Hahn and the total absence of her then unknown, unavailable "Director," Dr. Jonathan Singer said he was no longer her Director even though his name was all over the Groupon adds and other internet sources, then Dr. Aubry Copeland, mysteriously shows up, days, not minutes later, who by law, was required to have full oversight and be available within 15 minutes of any problem, calls me and is also rude. For public safety and to warn of my physical and emotional harm, I felt it important to file a complaint with Colorado DORA; Complaint Cases 2016-6732 , 2016-2328 (Dept. of Regulatory Agencies) citing: Substandard Practice, Abuse of Client/Patient, Failure to release records & Documentation Issues. Below is a copy of the publicly published letter from DORA as a result of my filing a complaint, this case has now been referred to the Colorado Medical Board for further investigation of practicing without a licence. The Director considered the above referenced complaint. After careful
consideration of all the information presented in this case, the Director
ordered that this Letter of Admonition be issued to you pursuant to her
authority in § 12-8-108, C.R.S.
The Director has determined that based on the delegation documents provided,
it appears to have been backdated.
Specifically, the Director hereby admonishes you for violating §12-8-120, C.R.S
given that it is unlawful for any person to engage in, or attempt to engage in, the occupation of barbering or cosmetology in this state unless such person first obtains a license as provided in this article.
You are hereby admonished for your conduct set forth above. Please be warned that subsequent violations of the Practice Act or the Office of Barber and Cosmetology Licensure Rules and Regulations may be used as an aggravating factor and may lead to the imposition of more severe disciplinary sanctions.

Please be advised that you have a right to appeal, in writing, this Letter of Admonition within twenty (20) days of receiving this letter. If such request for hearing is made timely, this Letter of Admonition shall be deemed vacated and a disciplinary proceeding shall be conducted in accordance with § 12-8-127.5,C.R.S and § 12-8-131, C.R.S. A Letter of Admonition, when accepted, becomes a permanent public record.
