Would NOT recommend this company. They were supposed to pick my party of 10 up from a wedding venue in Montgomery, TX. My contract stated a pick up of 11:15pm. I was told if we needed to make changes to pick up time to call. We never called and I assumed they would keep with contracted time. At 11:20 I called and was told driver was having trouble with van. Called again 15 min later and call went straight to VM. Finally a driver called back and said they thought we would call them for pick up.
We waited outside for over an hour and half for them to arrive. They did not offer anything other than a $50 reduction on price ( total round trip was $270.) Terrible customer service and communication.
I have used this company more than 10 times in the past few months. The driver is always professional, timely with pick up times promised, courteous to me and my children and charges exact price quoted. I have used other services in the Woodlands area and by far this is the top company for all above! Today I had scheduled a pick up this morning from another service, they did not make the time and called to say car troubles. I called The Woodlands transit at 7:20 AM and the driver arrived in under 20 minutes to get me and my children!
