12/07/2017: Being over 300 lbs, I have yet to find a product as durable and of high quality construction as the TherRex. It has helped rehabilitate my ankle and knee after a skiing injury. Would highly recommend to anyone!

11/30/2017: This balance board is great for home use and at the clinic! I use it with my patients in physical therapy to work on balance, core strengthening, stability training, and ankle strengthening. Then I take it home and get in a good workout myself at the end of the day. The exercise possibilities are endless and the shape makes it very versatile. Glad I found it because I use it everyday!

11/29/2017: As a physical therapist I use a lot of equipment with my patients throughout the day and it's all good for a couple exercises with patients at a certain ability level. With the TherRex board I have a lot of different positions I can put my patients in and a large variety exercises I can do with them. I can also progress or regress the exercises by turning the board, making it good for patients of varying ability levels. No other piece of equipment will do that!

11/21/2017: I am recovering from back surgery and was in need of something to help me build up my core strength to stabilize my lower back. I researched a lot of different products and went with this one because it allows for 2 different intensities and I can just turn the board to make an exercise harder, as opposed to thinking of a totally different exercise or buying another product. I also like that it protects my fingers when I use it, I've used the bosu ball in the past and that was always a concern.

11/16/2017: The board is a sturdy well built product. The feature I like best about the board is the way the hand placement is designed. You can safety put your fingers through the handles and use the board without having to worry about accidentally smashing your fingers.

11/14/2017: As a physical therapist I use the TherRex balance board with my patients every day! I like the versatility of being able to use it in the standing, seated, or plank positions. The 2 pairs of handles and different intensities make it even more versatile. I definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a single piece of fitness equipment that can be used for a wide variety of exercises!

11/13/2017: It was great for developing stability in my ankles and legs!! I can definitely feel all the little muscles working, that normally get missed. I feel stronger and solid like I have never before! Will definitely buy from this company again.
