Timberlake Veterinary Hospital

I suppose my review probably doesn’t matter at this point since the vet is retiring at the end of the month but in case they stay open I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had an appointment with them yesterday and I was a new client/new patient looking to get a senior wellness exam and senior lab work done. I was looking to get established with a new vet and after reading all the positive reviews I was really hopeful and excited! My dog is currently being treated for bronchitis so I decided to call them to see if they would like me to wait in my car until they had a room open or what they would like me to do and when I called the woman who answered informed me that my apt had been cancelled. This was news to me because I didn’t have a single call from them in my call log and no voicemails from them either. They just decided to cancel my apt and not tell me about it. The lack of communication and incompetence is astounding. It was extremely upsetting and honestly just so unbelievable.
