I purchased the Top lift for my 2015 Jeep Wrangler (4 door) and put it together in 2 hrs. The lift works great and I can now remove the hard top myself in less than 15 minutes. This includes removing the 8 screws that fasten the hard top to my Jeep. With the hardtop stored on the TopLift unit, I can pull Jeep into my garage with the same space that the Jeep took up prior. I was missing two screws and called them on it. They were very spontaneous to answer and said they would send out immediately however I went to local hardware store and purchased as I wanted to get the unit installed that day. I do recommend watching the video on installation as the user guide that came with it was outdated. Well worth the money and I usually never do reviews however I'm very delighted with the quality and ease of operation

I had a few problems during the assembly process. It was 20 minutes after their website said they had closed when I called for help. Barry answered the phone and was fantastic. Not only did he help me with my problems but gave me his cell phone number in case anything else came up. He then called me the next day on his own time to make sure that everything was working and gave me a few pointers that made a huge difference. I could not be more pleased with my entire experience. The fact that the product works great and is easy to use is just icing on the cake.

This is absolutely wonderful. A little complicated to assemble but is works great. I am a 58 year old woman and can get the Jeep top off and on easily by myself.
