Taylor and Ivan just completed an install of a replacement furnace and we couldn't be more pleased with the result. We contacted them on Sun. Jan 22 at around noon because our furnace stopped working, and Taylor was here within the hour to look at what the issue was. He did an inspection and it was the heat exchanger that had died. With the choice of a replacement exchanger and possible same issues in the not too distant future or a replacement new furnace for $800 due to an agreed upon issue with that model, we decided a new one would be the better deal. We had the new furnace installed and running by 1:30 in the afternoon on the Monday. The customer care and workmanship, not to mention the response time, was so much appreciated. I would suggest them to anyone asking. They are great!
