True Presence Photography

Welcome! We're so glad that you're interested in our work. At True Presence Photography, our relationship with our clients is just as important as the photos that we'll provide to you. Fast, high-quality service is essential, but so is having a great working relationship, which usually carries beyond just the wedding. You can count on us being fun, friendly, and probably a little bit goofy, but we're also respectful, timely, and detail oriented (we both have math backgrounds...). Being a husband/wife duo, we know exactly what the other one is up to, which enables us to cover more ground and be creative in our craft. Our photography is based on the 3 C's: Capturing, Composing, and Creating. The photos that you get from us will include a hand-selected mix that tells a story of your relationship and your wedding celebration. Candid moments are great! We love to capture the raw emotions in these as they unfold, and most of the time you won't even know there's a camera pointed at you (Rob's a pretty stealthy guy and loves his zoom lens). What really sets our photos apart is the Composing piece. We use several special tools that enable us to design one-of-a-kind images, artful images. If you're watching closely, sometimes you'll catch us holding something in front of our lens - we use various items to naturally add light or other affects that make your photos stand out. Lastly, we Create special movements & memories by providing you with natural, leading prompts that help you to forget that you're even in front of a camera (or four - we each have two). We usually teach you some dips and lifts, if you're interested (Lindsey is a swing dancer). Being comfortable is so important, as is having simple direction that takes your mind off of trying to guess how to pose or figure out what to do next.
