12/27/2021: Ordered some clothes nearly a year ago and they've clearly been lost in transit (or never sent out??). Company refuses to give me a refund, voucher, or resend items not received. Absolute scam company

10/03/2021: Scam, Low quality shirts. Had a surprise bill from UPS, after I already paid extra for shipping, of a extra $60??? The company refuses to pay for this or provide any form of compensation. Absolutely NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Try another place,there are better ones out there.

08/31/2021: I placed an order on August 10th, 2021. However it has been in the same status since 8/17/21 which is "Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet." This is a birthday gift for my son, whose birthday is 9/8/21. My mother also bought a gift for him from their website within a day or so from when I placed my order. I have sent an email and received no response. I've posted on their Facebook page, and have gotten no response. I also wanted to point out that their website states "Ships Out Within 1-2 Days As soon as you place your order we work quickly to ship your Mystery Box fast! Each order is shipped in a premium shipping bag made for this package deal." That seems to be false advertising, don't you think?

10/15/2020: Very poor customer service. Ordered two large t shirts, however one arrived in XL which was too big for me. When I emailed them about it, they explained they could only give me a partial refund of $2.20, which I still haven’t received yet. This is absolutely appalling due to the fact that they are the ones that stuffed up the order in the first place and then refused to fix it up.

10/10/2020: Horrible customer service. Had a problem with their mystery box. Damaged shipping bag, found shirts stained and was missing pieces. Company sent a $10 refund which won’t even cover 1 shirt.

05/13/2020: Ordered my stuff a month ago well almost a month going on day 27 today and nothing has been sent not only that but talked to customer service I guess and they said there getting it out by the end of the week and another week passes and guess what..... They told me it's going to be sent out next week so yup I would say a rip off until I get my stuff

01/07/2020: Don’t buy from this website! You will get rip off! After a month of ordering from them I got my order and it was incomplete! I ordered 3 shirts and I only recive 2! And they charge me for 3! I try to contact them and no response! This company it’s sucks!! The quality on the shirts are really bad too!!

12/17/2019: We have ordered products in the past with no issue. Current order we have been debited the cost of the clothing and have not received any correspondence from the company. Emails go unanswered, Phone calls go to "Voicemail box has not been set up yet" message. Would be nice to know I can get my product or money back.
