would have rated a zero but that was not an option! he took my money didn't finish my job , lost his license and then filed for bankruptcy! i'm not the only one he stole from. cody lawrence and anyone affiliated with turnkey solutions should all be in jail!
Cody and the entire staff have been a pleasure to work with ! My elevation project has been neat, ahead of schedule , and every detail is completed with precision ! Everyone is so helpful and they all go the extra mile for their homeowners.

Turnkey has been a pleasure to work with. Cody and Jorge they have gone the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the job he is doing. Although the project is still ongoing nearing completion and there are always some bumps along the way so far I'm extremely happy with there work and professionalism. I would recommend Turnkey to anyone who needs a job done big or small.
Cody, is very professional and a man of his word! I went through six other contractors before I signed with him. I'm a single woman and I told him from the get go " don't lie to me and if I call you ,call me back, that's all I ask" he did. He answers all my questions and works within the NY RISING program. There isn't a bad word I can say about him or his crew!
Turnkey Contractors Solutions doesn't skimp on anything, coming from a family of contractors, I was impressed and so was my family! ( my family didn't do the work because they don't do elevation and they are Union) . I recommend Turnkey Contractors Solutions to everyone.
