Jordan left the company and Robert does not return phone calls. What a joke! It also appears they may be in default as our alarm monitoring company recently sent us a cancellation notice due to them terminating relationships with TurnKey Smart Homes.

Robert is great ! Professional, knowledgeable, patient and a perfectionist. Tv was installed and hung perfectly and they clean up perfectly when they are done. I am so glad I found him...and I will definitely use Robert again - hopefully for another outdoor tv !

I have used him for a couple of different projects and he will remain my first call for any home electronic project I have in the future. I could not be more pleased with Turn-Key. They worked with me in devising a home theater plan that was appropriate for our needs. Their technical expertise was tremendous. All of the equipment was reasonably priced (in many instances below retail), and it was all installed (including wiring, programing, etc.) in a single afternoon. The installation was flawless and we love the new theater room.

Awesome service, I called Robert late at night on a Sunday and he was out to my house the very next day and was able to install two days later. Very helpful, easy to reach and flexible. Sounds great!
