Bad place To buy I ordered a set of wheels by phone they told me that they were going to send them the next day. The next day I receive a tracking number that has been pending for almost two weeks when I contacted fedex to ask about it they said there is just a label create that’s all, and I called them more than 20 times I left voice mail email messanger without any response I do not recommend them at all the worst place in customer service. To take my order the answer the phone to help with my issue they won’t answer the call.

Sent me the wrong tires. LEFT 20 messages. Fake email fax. Fake. Only thing real are the tires. But if they are the wrong size I can't use them. Can't contact to send back. Scam. Bait and switch. BEWARE.

Ordered tires for my new truck. Recieved the wrong tires. Called atleast 30 times, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. left messages, emailed, facebook messaged. Finally got a facebook messenger response. promised they will ship correct tires the same day. Tires did not ship until the following Monday. Wanted to just cancel order. NO RESPONSE. No offer of partial reimbursement, discount, nothing for the hassle. They can't even be bothered to answer messages. Very unhappy with the whole experience. Do not recommend.

I jumped a curb one weekend and bent two of my new 22" rims. A local rim repair shop wanted $375 to fix them and my local rim shop wanted $450 to replace them. So, I went online to see if I could find a better deal. I found my rims online, brand new, at Tyres Gator for only $300!! I called and was surprised to find that the shipping was also free to my home in Covington, GA. Two days later the rims were at my front door!! Gus, the Sales Manager, is an awesome representative and consumer advocate. He made sure my experience was exceptional from the order to the delivery and install. I am now a Tyres Gator customer for life! I'll never buy rims anywhere else from here on out...
