Great classes and great instructors. So much better than another boring run on a street or treadmill. You get a complete body workout and feel great all day.

UFC has great classes and trainers for beginners and experienced. I like that there are men and women there, so that I'm not the only woman. So great to get in shape here!

I love this gym. I joined about two years ago off a whim and thought it would just be another gym, I was wrong. I joined a family. Everyone there is so kind and supportive, from members to staff. The coaches there are so knowledgeable and work with you to make sure you understand everything for classes.

Great vibe, great coaches, all the equipment needed, clean, great parking, affordable!!! What else can I say? I would recommend UFC Mamaroneck to anyone looking to get in shape, reach personal goals, learn Kickboxing, Boxing, MMA, or just new fitness techniques , or train for a fight or other sport. Personally I have back issues and the team at UFC Mamaroneck worked with me to get in shape , strengthening my core, and ultimately feel better then I have in 20 years.

Love UFC Mamaroneck. I have been going for a year now and enjoy the classes. The gym is simple without the unnecessary stuff. the price is great and the instructors are great and push you to the limit.

The instructors are friendly, helpful and intensely motifying. At age 54 I had more strength and stamina than avid hikers half my age.

UFC GYM in Mamaroneck is by far the best run gym and the best gym if you really want to get in shape and stay in shape! UFC Mamaroneck has the most awesome, challenging classes. The instructors are helpful and push you to do your best. UFC Mamaroneck treats you like family and gives you an updated, gym experience that keeps you healthy and fit! If you want to get into the best shape you have ever been in....you should join UFC!!!!! Even now, the on line classes are tough and get you going!!!!

This gym is responsible for my over 40lb weight loss transformation. Not only did this gym teach me how to workout, it taught me eat right and taught me a NEW way of life. I feel and look amazing. I recommend my UFC family to anyone. When you enter the gym you are now part of a loving fit family, my daughter loves them too!

As an out of shape 50yr old and a newcomer to boxing, i was intimidated to try it out. I shouldn’t have been, all the trainers are great guys/gals and really encourage you to do your best, whatever level that is. It’s fun to learn something new and get really fit at the same time. I’d have given all 5*, but it’s not a gym you’d go to for amenities, no BS, but a very functional space. Caroline at the front desk more than makes up for that. Feels like being on a team.
