Andy and Elsa with Urban House Realty made my house buying experience move so smoothly. They were both very responsive on all my wants and needs to find the perfect home for me and my family. I couldn’t have selected a better Realty company to work with. Treated my family with kindness at all times and Andy makes the house searching process so easy. He educated me and my family on what took look out for on buying a home and wanted us to choose exactly what we want. We finally found the perfect home and closed on the house in July 2018. I would definitely recommend Urban House Realty to all my family and friends. Thank you once again Andy and Elsa and keep up the fantastic work.

Being my firs time buying a home, i thought process would be much harder, or maybe i had the best real estate agent working by my side made it so much easy, thank you so much for everything Elsa, you rock. You kept in touch with us through the whole process and was always available for us for any questions. We wont hesitate to look for you once we are ready for our next home. Again thank you and thanks to urban house realty for making it so easy

I Could not of asked for a better representative that Elsa and Andrew. They were amazing throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer your questions, quick and fast. I truly, am grateful for their help, which made my dream house become a reality. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend or even my family members. Actually, they cared so much that they told me several times we want to do the right thing for you, even if it meant not doing this deal right now. These are the kind of people that you are dealing with, extremely Genuine and amazing. The only thing I would of expected better was a small gift or flowers sitting on my counter top, saying welcome to your new home. Other than that, it was truly a wonderful experience.

just when you think its impossible to find your dream home and secure financing Andy, Elsa, and their financial team perform magic. we moved from the east coast to Arizona 6 weeks ago and never stepped a foot here until the actual move date. Andy went out of his way to be available for viewings and all the necessary paperwork to get it done. thank you for all your help.

This is the best agency I’ve ever worked with by far and I’ve worked with agents and bought/sold properties in 3 states. Andy and Elsa are total pros in every aspect not to mention the nicest people to work with. I have purchased several properties with them and they are fast, thorough and smart. As an investor, when I’m looking for properties to purchase, they are so creative and clever, I feel like I have a secret weapon against other investors. They think of different angles and solutions to a situation that most agents would not normally come up with. Regarding leasing, they seem to find tenants for my rental properties faster than other agencies I’ve used. Not exactly sure how they do it but I know that they respond to inquiries quickly and completely, and also utilize all the tools and resources of the internet. One important note to mention is that I have not had any bad tenants yet (out of 15) that they have leased. Their application process is very thorough and their instincts and judgement have been impressive. I also utilize their extra management assistance options which they offer at very fair rates. For my situation, all my needs are covered with these folks. In short, all I can say is an extra big thumbs up for Andy, Elsa and Urban House.
