US WORST Movers Inc is more fitting!! Hands down THE MOST HORRIBLE "company" on the face of this Earth. Not only did our stuff come 1 MONTH LATER, our very expensive furniture from overseas WAS DAMAGED/BROKEN. 3/4 beds were broken or had “missing pieces” so they refused to even try to build them back together. Boxes are in horrific shape. So far whatever we have opened (expensive dishes), everything is shattered. No response when trying to call and get updates all month. Workers are RUDE. They show up and just demand more and more money. Would not begin TO UNLOAD OUR OWN belongings if we didn't pay some ridiculous balance. Now to think about it, why did we pay them to unload all of our damaged, NOW USELESS, things. Brand new woods floors in this house all scratched up. They wouldn't even let us put protection down because "they were slipping" ? Read ALL of these reviews. There is no coincidence every person has had the same, HORRENDOUS experience. 1 star is already doing too much for this scam, SAD excuse of a moving company. FRAUDULENT COMPANY. How are they even a company? EXPENSIVE SHOES WERE ALSO STOLEN. I could go on. Karma will come for yall I NEVER leave reviews but I have never been so livid. Someone help me sue them

Out of all the movers I’ve worked with, these were by far the worst. When the movers came to pack my stuff, I was told they packed efficiently. When they took apart my bed frame, they stripped the screws down that the bed could not be assembled again when it was delivered. They told me that my stuff would be delivered on June 4th. I did not receive my items until June 14th. My items arrived damaged and scuffed all over. My work desk leg joints were bent outwards. My wooden entertainment center’s wood is so skewed, we couldn’t put the doors back on. My coffee table and kitchen table all have chipped corners. This furniture came in pristine condition beforehand. My work cart has a massive dent and is tilted on one side. Communication with the movers was not clear and expectations were not met. When the movers DID arrive, they did not stay to reassemble my furniture except one contract worker who offered to stay and assemble my furniture. I will never use these movers again.

Absolutely, horrible and fraudulent company. I had no choice but to use this company, because the company I contracted with for my interstate move was a freight broker - Eagle Moving Group. They brokered our move to US Best Movers, who is a carrier/mover. US Best then brokered our move to two other carriers/movers. This is illegal to do, per the FMCSA. A carrier/mover is prohibited to broker to another carrier/mover. The carrier they brokered to for the pick up of our belongings proceeded to tell us the actual cost of the move was 67% higher than our estimate provided due to the "extra" accessorial charges ("long carry", going up one flight of stairs to carry down less than 10 medium boxes -- not a piece of furniture, packing equipment (although we packed all of our stuff thoroughly)). This resulted in us being forced to leave behind almost half of our belongings to try to come close to what we budgeted based on the estimate provided to us. If we would have refused at that time, we would have lost over $1K deposit. Once they took our belongings, we did not hear anything for almost a month from US Best. We were assured the delivery would take place in a two day window provided to us. The delivery (made by a totally different carrier/mover we had never heard of) actually made it 16 days after the delivery window. Despite numerous attempts to contact US Best, we still have not heard anything from them. And finally, our belongings were damaged... $2,500 worth, on the extreme low end. If you value your time, money and belongings, do not use this company. If you hire a broker, and they broker to this company, demand a new carrier.

US Best Movers subcontracted my move from Texas to Florida from Cardinal Van Lines. They did not inform me that my belongings would be stored until they could be combined with other items sufficient to fill a 75' trailer going in the same direction. I paid them using a debit card. My bank showed the funds removed from my acute but US Best claimed they could not access the funds and could not deliver my belongings. They finally reimbursed my account and I paid them by wire transfer. They asked the first date on which I could accept delivery then immediately told me delivery would be 5 to 10 business days after that date. Payment had to be cash or a Post Office Money Order. They picked up my belongings on April 14 and delivered them in Florida on May 2. Their customer service simply doesn't answer the phone. I had to learn when my fourniture would be delivered by calling Cardinal. As I unpack I discover items are missing and hardware is nt attached to the furniture which needs it. The entire experience was horrible and continues to be so.

US Movers Inc is simply the best...they moved my mom over the weekend and did a great job. The movers helped pack and move and the price was as they said when we reserved the move. My mom is 86 and they were very patient and helpful which really means a lot. I will use them myself for my move in 2 months and would definitely recommend them to anyone that is moving. Thanks to US Movers Inc for helping my mom and for making a difficult situation/transition easy. Thanks again!!

I was very nervous regarding my relocation, but these men shook it! With numerous various other things to stress over, I was totally comfy with this phase of my step as a result of their remarkable people. Ultra quick while paying cautious interest to prized possessions, great driving, as well as complete professionalism and trust. They covered it all. Maintaining the number helpful in instance I or a good friend demand to relocate again in the future.

We just used US Movers Inc and it was a wonderful experience. They were very detailed every step of the way from packing to organizing and then helping situated us in our new home. The team we worked with was able to take on many different tasks that helped us all along the moving process. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone that’s looking for reliable movers.

There’s a great find for us. US Movers Inc absolutely excellent and getting us moved. We had never heard of them before receiving their call we gave them a shot. They were very patient with us, happy to explain every detail of the move because we had no moving experience. We got a very good price topped off at a couple discounts that put this move well within our budget. The furniture was handled correctly nothing was scratched or broken at all. It was a solid move from start to finish.

After the retrenchment, I did not have so much to spend on relocation. I was looking for affordable services. I requested quotes from four different relocation companies. After making comparisons, I decided on US Movers Inc. I knew nothing about their services although I was optimistic. When they came for relocations, I monitored every step they undertook from the moment they stepped until the moment they were leaving. I must admit that I was thrilled by the proceedings. There was a concern, care, and professionalism in that relocation. I was impressed by the manner they handled it. Next time, there will be no more comparisons; it will be US Movers Inc.

The move was perfect! No damages came to anything and the price was low and affordable! The moving crew was at my former place in the morning and had my things packed and loaded onto the moving truck in three short hours. They arrived at my new location at exactly the time they said would arrive, and once they had unloaded my stuff, they helped me unpack and arrange everything neatly.
