Inside our apartments, you’ll find spacious layouts, ample storage, breakfast nooks, and stackable in-home washer & dryer. Our lovely community is rich with amenities, providing you with a great balance of comfort and convenience.
Lived here since April. Was overcharged for a lease transfer and they withheld my deposit even after providing proof that I was told I only had to pay for a carpet deep clean since I had a dog.
The property manager stated she didn’t live on property and the garage access door was only available for exit only. But yet, she who does live on property enters and exits. She even threatened with a violation fee.
I brought to her attention the pest in my apartment since day 1 I moved in there and the promises made to me prior. She has yet to address the pest that are everywhere. Hallways, lobby area, and even in the guest lounge.
I had no heat in the month of October for days .. now the heat and cooling system was down for 5 days. But yet I am still required to pay in full? There is a monthly pest fee and they can’t address my concerns? Have to send multiple emails in waits for a response.
I will not recommend this property. It’s always dirty and smells horrible.
