Arley did a great job replacing only what needed to be replaced and helping us design new features that enhanced our property. The installation was professional and they addressed all "punch list items promptly. You will not be disappointed!

Very happy with our awning and the wonderful customer service provided by Arley. He went out of his way to make sure we would be happy with the results. He made numerous trips to our place with samples and provided invaluable knowledge which helped us with our decision. The installation was also well done. Joe was quick, careful, and experienced. He cleaned up after himself too! Thank you Van Nuys Awning for a great experience.

The awning was only recently installed so there could be some quality, experience and satisfaction problems that have not yet made themselves known. The wait time was really long which caused us to not be able to enjoy the awning in the early fall. With that said, the delivery/installation guys were amazing. The salesperson who came out to the home was amazing as well.

Installed Textiline mesh on top of pergola. Installers did a great job, were very neat , quick, and professional. They are in demand so took many weeks before they were available, but worth the wait.
