My dog suffered horrific burn injuries. I took my dog for a spay procedure. After picking her up I noticed her skin is swollen. I asked them what this could be, they replied that this is due discomfort after the sugery. Later her skin started to bleed and hair were falling out. The wound got worse and got infected. I took my dog to them again to show the injury and the owner told me it's due to the medication. I took my dog to another vet and they confirmed its a third degree burns. They lied and charged me $245 to treat wounds that they caused with a heating pad. My dog it's in terrible pain and scarred for life.
