My wife and I had a great experience in designing and building our custom home with VIP. Evelyn took care of us from the beginning even during the beginning of the Covid pandemic. We left a beautiful home in Cordova and moved three blocks away ro the Sonterra Subdivision. We are thankful every day for our new home and the happiness it brings our kids. The only problem we had during our process is that our old home sold to quick and we were finding it extremely difficult to find a short term rental, Evelyn realized the problem we had was going to disrupt our family dynamics with school and the kids activities.
