Poor service from scheduling to post-op. So many mistakes were made - too many to list here. Had blepharoplasty surgery. Triage nurses NEVER returned a single call (4 made). Doc was supposed to see me day after surgery- couldn’t get in until 7 days later! Hence, the calls to triage. Office visits take at least 1-2 hrs of waiting. This is just the tip of the iceberg . Tried to work with office mgr. I was thanked for the feedback but the “huge company that owns” them didn’t want to deal with me. I do NOT recommend this practice.
