We created Virtual Run Events in April 2015 because we LOVE running! And even more, we LOVE connecting with runners. Shortly after we created Moon Joggers, we began to realize that we could encourage to people to get out and get moving, AND make a difference throughout the world by creating fun and unique events to raise money for various charities and causes. For each event we design a unique medal, invite people to get out and run (or walk) their own race, at their own pace and choose a charity to donate a portion of the proceeds to. We are on a quest to help provide food, shoes, schools, school supplies, water, toilets, toys and other needed things to people throughout the world and it is all happening through our Virtual Run Events. We love being involved in the running community and have made so many new running friends from all over the world. Thank you so much for participating! We are making a difference…one race at a time!

Was a great motivational way to stay in shape

I wish I had learned about this a long time ago. I have really enjoyed running at my own paces or even walking. And still receiving a medal for my accomplishment. It’s ok not to come in 1st place every time. I just enjoyed running/walking. And seeing everyone else encouraging me to do my best. I am hoping to see myself do more of these virtual races in the future. Especially because I can just do them on my own time

Enjoyed doing the 5k and was a high motivator for me. The only thing that made me not enjoy it is my mermaid medal on her tail had a little messed up spot on the side of her fin.

I like that Virtual Run has medals for all holidays/events! As soon as I finish one run I’m already thinking of the next one. And because it’s done virtually I can fit the runs into my personal schedule.

These virtual runs motivate me to do more cardio. I typically lift but this challenges me which is a great thing - especially during a time when I'm forced to be way more idle than I'm use to.
