The worst management we've ever experienced. We arrived for our dog's temperament test at 2:30 appointment on time and was told that we were late for our 2 PM appointment. OK, there must have been some misunderstanding, and I asked when they could take our dog for a test. They said, "No exceptions can be made." I wasn't asking for an exception, I was asking for an appointment. I was given one for 2 pm the following day, for which we were on time. We waited. At 2:15 a woman arrived and started talking. Never having bothered to introduce herself to us or our pet, I asked what her name was, Jennifer she told me and that since the appointment had been scheduled for the next day, not today and she couldn't do the test. I explained we had the appointment for that day, for which we were on time. I should have left , but she said if we could wait 20 minutes, she could do the test. We waited and waited. The same woman walked out of the building at 2:30. After a half another ten minutes, I asked 3 staff members who were sitting at the reception desk doing nothing when the dog was going in for the test. Not one spoke to me, they just sat there staring at me.
I have better things to do with my time than wait for rude, nonexistent customer "service."
This is the last place I'd take my pet.
