I love this store. Everyone is so helpful and generous with their time to support you. Their materials are beautiful and their stock is amazing. This store is a real find for me. Recommend it to anyone, especially first time quilters.

I tripped over this wonderful shop during COVID. I live in BC, but when we were able to travel we came to Ontario to see our daughter and HAD to go into the store. I also attended a quilt show where the owner, when she recognized my name (presumably from orders and attendance in zoom classes), gave me the WARMEST welcome - like we'd been friends for eons. I have had them do fabric pulls for me via facetime calls and have never been disappointed with anything I've ordered from them. Their new store is amazing with a huge inventory. Truly... if you can't find it at Watergirl... you likely don't need it!

The shop is very neat and organized and the people are very friendly and helpful. They offer classes, specials, quilting days and much more. I have not yet been able to get to a class or quilt day but I am hoping to soon.
