ABSOLUTELY 100% satisfied! Great quality, extremely fast delivery! I ordered 2 different chimes and both are beautiful! I will be ordering one for myself. (I lost my Dad, so one was for my brother the other for my mom.)

The product was so beautiful, it looked exactly like the pictures and the verse on it was exactly what I was looking for. It shipped quickly despite personalization and was here well in time for Mother’s Day though I might have been cutting it close. Thank you!!

I made an error in the inscription; it was my fault. When I contacted customer service requesting a new plaque with the correct inscription, not only were they quick in sending out the replacement, they refused to let me pay for it. And it was MY error.

My wife received a wind chime from you in memory of her mother’s passing earlier this year. It continues to be a comfort to her every time she hears it chime. When my brother in law passed away suddenly this spring I new I wanted to offer my sister an opportunity to find that same comfort. Ordering was easy and turn around for a personalized item to be delivered was unbelievably quick.
