Heidi Adams was my coach and I greatly appreciated her approach and engagement in helping me keep my goals in focus as I move from good to better in my overall health. She was inclusive and her coaching style very much suited me and where I am in achieving my goals. We resolved that I will pause on the coaching calls for now until such a time that I have not step changed the goals. Please forward my thanks to her and I wish her well during these crazy time we live in. Greatly appreciate this benefit that IFF provides but the true difference is in the people who deliver on the quality experience needed to make this benefit work.
