Since working with Wendy, I have finally been able to confront and control my anxiety, and without the use of anxiety medication. She is a personable, approachable counselor and I feel totally comfortable sharing my issues with her. I've worked with several counselors during my lifetime; but Wendy is the only one who has really been effective at helping me with my anxiety. I am so grateful.

Wendy is very thoughtful because she listens extremely well. I am always amazed with how much of my story she is able to retain. I have worked with many therapists and I believe Wendy is one of the most helpful therapists you can find. What I like most about Wendy is her therapy is practical. She helps you navigate real world issues with effective tools and strategies. I highly recommend Wendy if you are looking to make real and lasting changes in your own life, with your children or with your significant other.

Wendy has been a wonderful counselor, life coach, mediator and adviser to me during a difficult time. After my first appointment I knew she was going to be able to help me individually, and our family. I have never seen a therapist before, and Wendy made me feel comfortable instantly. I have seen progress, and our entire family has benefited from advise and guidance Wendy has offered. I would recommend Wendy to any person seeking help with everyday problems or larger life issues.

I have been seeing Wendy off and on for over ten years now. She has been crucial to my health as I went through fertility treatment, depression, and varying other life issues across the years. She sometimes has a better memory for my experiences than I do. I trust her implicitly. She is kind, knowledgeable, empathetic, and positive. I do not know a lot about counseling approaches but Wendy seems to blends a variety of different approaches to fit my needs in every session. Our focus is always on the present; we recognize how the past might impact the present but do not dwell in the past. I walk out of every session feeling like I have a new perspective, new direction, and/or a new approach to a problem. I am incredibly grateful to have found Wendy and to be able to keep gaining her insight and help as the years progress.

Wendy Iglehart is a wonderful therapist. She listens to you which is very important, but she also has great knowledge on how to respond with extremely helpful dialogue. I have those moments where I say out loud "I never thought about it that way", or I never thought about that at all", which means Wendy has real concrete ways to help with issues one is dealing with. She is personable and easy to talk to. I highly recommend Wendy. She is special!

I have been seeing Wendy as an individual counselor for almost three years, and more recently as a couples counselor. In that time, her support has been critical to helping me understand and move through significant life changes, including the end of my first marriage, entering a new relationship, remarriage and the birth of my first child, as well as related issues such as moves, job changes and family dynamics. Wendy's support has helped me find the confidence to grow by moving beyond the fear of repeating mistakes of the past. She delves beneath issues on the surface to help me find greater self awareness and understand my patterns of behavior. I've worked with several other therapists in the past and none have compared to Wendy. I give her my thanks and my highest recommendation.

As a referring physician to a therapist, my reputation is on the line: referring to a below average therapist -- or failing to match my patient to a therapist properly -- is a lose/lose scenario for all concerned. When I refer a patient to Wendy, I often preface it with the following comment: She is not some wack-job therapist; her approach is practical and results oriented; and most importantly, she sets a fine life example for her patients recognizing the importance of nutrition, exercise, spirituality, social relationships, familial relationships, extracurricular investment and a pure gratitude for life...setting this example herself is the beginning of giving back to others. A good therapist not only has experience driving her competence, she lives the example for her patients daily. I strongly recommend Wendy as a therapist.

With Wendy's guidance over the years, I have been able to realized my full potential as a woman, wife, mother, and now grandmother. Sometimes we are too close to the problems in our lives not to see what good can lie ahead. When drama and chaos become part of our everyday lives, Wendy is able to help navigate us through and bring us out to the other side...the brighter, hopeful, and joyful lives we are all meant to have. I couldn't do this alone, thankfully Wendy has been my navigator along the way in my life's journey to happiness and fulfillment!
