After 13 years, our Dacor Refrigerator died. I called Dacor, they named two approved services nearby, I chose Wepco. Patrick Pomeroy arrived, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the part needed. However, that part, and then another part all needed work. Patiently, thoroughly, calmly, and fully disclosing of all that was happening, it was fixed. Also, parts and labor guarantee were included, and needed. On his final visit, Patrick said he usually gets two of these severe problems in a year, and it was still June! We're up and running again, and I can't say enough about Wepco's professionalism, thoroughness and courtesy. I recommend them highly.
