We contracted Wertheimer & Sons after a fire that created a lot of smoke damage throughout our house. Everyone should be aware of them as they took there money and ran. They did almost as much damage to our home and belongings as the fire caused. As soon as we complained and have attempted to collect for the damages they caused they haven't responded.
They damaged a Steinway grand piano by refusing to protect it and then using it as a workbench. They got paint drippings throughout the house and on our furniture. They damaged our hardwood floors. They refused to do much of the job as we were told it was too much work even though they were paid to do so and these items were listed on the scope. They wired our entire houses outlets through 1 breaker so we have to get the electric redone.
