I was initially please with our 26 solar panels. Within the contract for the panels we were promised 12 years of monitoring with Solar Edge. Less than 1/2 way through those 12 years and it has been discontinued. Was told I need to pay more money to get some modem or router upgraded. Customer service does not return phone calls or answer emails.

I had solar panels damaged over a month ago and customer service will not contact me back. I have called over 10 times. I have emailed a similar amount and have not heard back. It is extremely frustrating and due to this experience, I would not recommend using west coast solar.

West Coast installed my system in December and did a great job. It does take time because of permits, inspection and getting the go from PGE. Very pleased with the result and thank you Ryan for following up on the project.

The installers finished after dark, so they were unable to explain fully the next steps. But the follow-up visit with on the day of the final inspection answered my questions

Very good company. Quick installation though it took a while for the county to sign off. My only issue is that I referred a friend who bought a system and have heard nothing on the $500 referral fee that was promised.
