Kutztown Road in Reading PA and Wyomissing, Pa is where the location I went to. Service there was awesome! The people were very caring and kind people. They were very hard workers in tring to make you get better and explain to you any issues or problems that you had . The atmosphere was great as well you see them interacting and helping each other as needed to accommodate each patient's care. The therapist were awesome and they sure maded me feel so much better! I was having strange sensations in my right arm--numbness, tingling, cramping, pain, etc. My doctor recommended PT, and I chose WBPT's Laureldale location. The staff (Liz, Bonnie, Tiff, and Norica) were extremely helpful and really created a relaxed stress-free environment, which was essential to me. Doing the exercises, stretches, and TENS therapy was tough, but the staff made it as comfortable as possible, and thanks to their expertise, after 2 months of PT my arm is leaps and bounds better and never bothers me anymore.

I recently had my total left shoulder replaced. My surgeon (Gerald Williams from the Rothman Institute) was shocked to see how well my recovery and therapy had gone. I told him it was because my therapist from Western Berks had told me about the benefits of Prehab. I was given several exercises to do prior to the surgery which helped greatly after the surgery. I only learned of that from Western Berks. I would highly, highly recommend them.

I received physical therapy from Western Berks for 2 1/2 months for neck issues that caused decreased neck mobility and pain in many activities. The treatment was thoroughly explained and all my questions were answered. The therapy was tailored to my specific issues and was very effective. I was also given exercises to do at home to reinforce the work that was done in therapy. My pain level has decreased dramatically, my mobility has improved, and my strength has increased. The staff was friendly, caring, and competent. Everyone went out of their way to make my experience a positive one. I would recommend Western Berks to anyone needing physical therapy.
