Whitecastle is family-owned and operated in the heart of the San Francisco Bay Area, California. We provide service to our local community and beyond. Our goal is to provide exceptional service that meets our high standards of excellence in safety, comfort, affordability, and reliability. With Whitecastle, we always want to know your name and will always treat you with respect. At Whitecastle Tours we believe that minimum safety requirements are just that-- minimum. We exceed recommendations and consistently go above and beyond to make sure our customers are safe at all times while in our care. We maintain proper licensing, insurance requirements, and we support a safe, drug free workplace! Additionally, all our drivers must pass period behind-the-wheel driving evaluations and hold a current medical clearance for driving a commercial passenger unit. In addition, we require ongoing driving training and testing. Your safety is our number one priority! My rating would have been 1 star but our trip was salvaged by the dispatch person sending us another bus and another driver. The first bus the driver said it was over heating; therefore, he did not have the AC on and all of our students were hot inside and had all the windows closed. It was cooler outside than it was inside the bus. The bus driver who took us to our destination also took two illegal left turns. I followed the bus there and he took two left turns on the lane that was suppose to go straight and he cut off all the cars going left. The dispatched was awesome to send us a new bus and probably the best driver Tamarah Owens to give us a ride back.

We used Whitecastle Tours for bus transportation for elementary kids field trip. The bus was clean, well maintained and comfortable. The driver was on time, helpful and friendly. His driving was safe, smooth and professional without speeding nor sudden breaking. The driver and the bus made the trip enjoyable for the kids.

I have loved the service and flexibility in Whitecastle tours! We have some unexpected speed bumps during our season in terms of times and locations but Whitecastle made changes easy. Shout out to Tonya and Fred who always went above and beyond with our driving services!

Whitecastle Tours, Inc. provides phenomenal service. We has the best experience and the best driver, Patrick. We had a very large group and the service was beyond what I could have imagined. The bus exceeded our expectations.

These folks have been a lifesaver for my league. We went from renting multiple minivans and SUVs and having a bunch of turmoil before each trip to having a professional company plan and schedule and take care of all our transportation. Once we factor in the price of gas for all of the vehicles and the headache of arrangement the cost of using the tour company it was a no-brainer for us.
