Whitecastle is family-owned and operated in the heart of the San Francisco Bay Area, California. We provide service to our local community and beyond. Our goal is to provide exceptional service that meets our high standards of excellence in safety, comfort, affordability, and reliability. With Whitecastle, we always want to know your name and will always treat you with respect. At Whitecastle Tours we believe that minimum safety requirements are just that-- minimum. We exceed recommendations and consistently go above and beyond to make sure our customers are safe at all times while in our care. We maintain proper licensing, insurance requirements, and we support a safe, drug free workplace! Additionally, all our drivers must pass period behind-the-wheel driving evaluations and hold a current medical clearance for driving a commercial passenger unit. In addition, we require ongoing driving training and testing. Your safety is our number one priority! We look forward to providing your group with safe, affordable, reliable transportation for any and all of your events!

I have used WhiteCastle for years for my school trips and will continue to do so in the future. Great service as always, busses are always on-time and clean. Drives are always very courteous and professional.

Our contract was for two 56 seat buses and we were given a 52 seat and a 54 seat bus leaving us a few seats short.

The coach was clean and comfortable, the ride was great, but the reason our trip was such a success is your staff! Kenny is a pleasure to work with. He listened to my needs and made it happen. Irene was very helpful. Patrick was and is the best. Kenny made it possible for Pat to drive our group. Thank you Anthony for having such a wonderful staff!!! From Top to bottom, and I truly mean that, we had a great experience. Kenneth and Irene and the sales staff worked with us even as our needs changed. The driver to our destination was friendly and informative regarding the amusement park we were visiting. And the owner of the company drove us home. Extremely friendly service all around. My teachers were so impressed with the buses. I have heard over and over how clean they were! Everyone had great things to say about all of the drivers and overall everyone has just raved how wonderful everything was! You all were so easy to work with, I just cannot say enough!
